JAMSHEDPUR – MGM Hospital, Kolhan’s largest government hospital, is seeing a significant increase in patient numbers, with more than 1,500 visiting the OPD daily.

In response, the hospital has decided to expand its dental department due to a sharp rise in patients seeking dental care.

A new dental chair has been purchased, doubling the department’s capacity to treat patients from one to two chairs.

Hospital superintendent Ravindra Kumar stated that the number of doctors in the dental department is currently sufficient, and additional equipment will be procured as per the list requested from the department head.

The hospital aims to enhance services in line with the growing patient demand.
