Jharkhand Excise Constable Recruitment Tests to Resume on Sep 10

Revised Criteria and Safety Measures Implemented After Tragic Incidents

Jharkhand police announces resumption of physical tests for Excise Constable recruitment on September 10, with enhanced safety protocols following recent tragedies.

JAMSHEDPUR – The recruitment campaign for Jharkhand Excise Constables will resume on September 10, following a brief suspension, with revised criteria and enhanced safety measures.

The recruitment process was suspended as a result of the deaths of 12 candidates during the testing procedure.

A suspension had been imposed by Chief Minister Hemant Soren from September 3 to 5.

ADG R K Mallick has announced that the exams for 1.14 lakh candidates will now proceed.

Oxygen and blood pressure monitoring devices are among the most recent safety precautions.

There will be fruits and ORS available at the test centers.

The examinations will be administered in six centers across five districts from September 10 to 13.

The immediate examination is not applicable to the Palamu district, which was the site of five fatalities.

The testing of Palamu’s 42,000 candidates will take place at alternative locations on September 19 and 20.

In order to optimize administration, the daily testing capacity is restricted to 3,000 candidates.

Testing will conclude by 8 a.m. on each day.

The JSSC website will host the new admit cards within the next two days.

The running exam has been completed by 1.87 lakh candidates thus far.

The running test has been effectively completed by 1.17 lakh candidates.

The post-mortem reports for the deceased candidates are still pending.

The majority of fatalities were attributed to heart attacks, according to preliminary medical evaluations.

CM Soren has previously associated fatalities with potential adverse effects of the Covid vaccine.

The revised procedure is designed to guarantee the safety of candidates and the efficient recruitment process.

In order to forestall additional incidents, authorities are implementing additional measures.
