Jamshedpur to See Infrastructure Overhaul with 121 Development Projects Worth ₹25 Crore

Jamshedpur’s roads, drains, and community buildings to be revamped as 121 projects worth ₹25 crore get underway.

Jamshedpur is set to witness significant infrastructure improvements, with 121 development projects worth ₹25 crore planned for completion within six months.

JAMSHEDPUR – In a major push towards development, the Jamshedpur East and West Assembly constituencies will soon see extensive infrastructure upgrades, including the construction of roads, drains, and community buildings.

A total of 121 projects, with a combined budget of ₹25 crore, have been initiated, targeting the completion of all works within four to six months.

The focus will be on replacing old, dilapidated roads and improving drainage systems, which will not only enhance the city’s infrastructure but also add to its aesthetic appeal.

The Sidhgora Town Hall stage will receive a makeover, with ₹2 lakh allocated for its renovation and beautification.

In addition, a new hall will be constructed above the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) Engineering Hall, and urinals will be installed at the cremation ground at a cost of ₹2 lakh.

New community buildings will be constructed in Jamshedpur East constituency, with ₹25 lakh allocated for each building.

These include community halls for the Chaurasia Samaj, Pantanti Samaj, and Gond Samaj.

Other community buildings will be built in Bhuiyandih Dhobi Ghat and Rajendra Ashram Deonagar.

Several old community buildings are also set for renovation in the coming days, ensuring that the city’s infrastructure keeps pace with its growing needs.
