Jamshedpur MP Arranges Free Surgery for Accident Victim

Operation Funded for Baharagora Resident by Local BJP Leader and MP

A 30-year-old resident of Bankati village in Mauda Panchayat, Baharagora, received help for a critical knee surgery after intervention from BJP leaders and the Jamshedpur MP.

JAMSHEDPUR – Suman Nayak, a 30-year-old resident of Bankati village in Mauda Panchayat, Baharagora, suffered a ligament tear in his knee due to an accident.

An orthopedic specialist in Odisha had advised surgery, estimating the cost to be around Rs 1.4 lakh, an amount Suman’s family could not afford.

Unable to proceed with the surgery, Suman’s family reached out to BJP leader Gaurav Pushti for assistance.

Pushti contacted Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahto, explaining the situation and seeking help for Suman’s operation.

Taking immediate action, MP Mahto coordinated with Saket Hospital in Jamshedpur to arrange for Suman’s surgery free of cost.

On Monday, Gaurav Pushti admitted Suman to Saket Hospital, where the medical team confirmed that the surgery would be conducted soon after a thorough examination.

Along with Suman, Shantanu Nayak and Virendra Nayak were also present at the hospital during the admission.

Gaurav Pushti stated, "We are grateful for MP Mahto’s swift response and support, ensuring Suman receives the necessary medical treatment."

The timely intervention by the MP and local leaders brought relief to Suman’s family, who were deeply concerned about his health and future.

This act of support highlights the importance of community and political leaders in addressing urgent healthcare needs.

Suman is now hopeful for a successful recovery and a return to normal life post-surgery.
