Annual Prize Night Celebrates Student Achievements Across Senior Section

Prestigious event recognizes outstanding performances in academics and extracurriculars, featuring cultural showcases and inspirational addresses.

JAMSHEDPUR – Loyola School Bistupur held its annual prize night for the senior section, celebrating the achievements of students from classes 6 to 12 in both academic and extracurricular domains.

The evening began with a solemn prayer led by Father Rector, setting a reverent tone for the ceremony.

Principal Vinod Fernandes addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of continuous self-improvement.

"It is possible for ordinary people to be extraordinary," Fernandes stated, urging students to "constantly raise the bar and strive towards Magis."

Award Presentations

Various school leaders presented awards to outstanding students:

Father Jyoti Ranjan and Father S. Pancras honored Standard 6 achievers.

Father Pius Fernandes recognized Standard 7 students.

Father Victor Misquith presented awards to Standard 8 pupils.

Vice Principal Vineeta F Ekka awarded Standard 9 meritorious students.

Cultural Performances

The school choir delivered renditions of "Here I Am to Worship" and "Hall of Fame."

Students showcased their talent with a vibrant dance performance of "Tillanna."

Special Recognitions

Father Gerald D’Souza presented the Achievement and Endeavour Award.

A posthumous award honored Sayan Adhikari, remembered for his inspiring presence.

Father K.M. Joseph, Rector, recognized top ICSE scorers.

Vice Principal Jayanthi Sheshadari awarded highest ISC achievers.

The ceremony concluded with the presentation of sports awards and the school anthem, leaving attendees with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
