Sheyn International School Celebrates ‘Yellow Day’ For Pre-Primary Students

JAMSHEDPUR – Sheyn International School’s Pre-Primary wing held a colorful ‘Yellow Day’ celebration, designed to highlight the positive impacts of the color yellow on young learners.

Students arrived dressed in their favorite yellow outfits, bringing various yellow objects to contribute to the immersive experience.

"This event helps familiarize children with the significance of yellow while developing their fine motor skills," explained Rama Srinivas, Principal (Academics).

The school environment was transformed into a sea of yellow, symbolizing optimism, enlightenment, and joy.

Pushpa Bhalla, Principal (Administration), noted, "The bright yellow hues represent a hopeful future and stimulate creative thinking in our young students."

Teachers also participated enthusiastically, donning yellow attire to reinforce the day’s theme.

Keya Adak, Vice-Principal, and Simran Saggu, Headmistress, extended their appreciation to students and teachers for their active involvement.

The event included various activities centered around the color yellow, engaging students in multi-sensory learning experiences.

Parents reported positive feedback, noting their children’s excitement about participating in the themed day.

This celebration aligns with modern educational approaches that incorporate color psychology into early childhood learning.

The school plans to organize similar themed days for other colors to provide a comprehensive sensory education experience.
