Event honors founder’s legacy, collects 375 units of blood
Jamshedpur’s S.D.S.M. School for Excellence marks 26th death anniversary of Late S.D. Singh with impactful community service.
JAMSHEDPUR – S.D.S.M. School for Excellence organized its Annual Blood Donation Camp on June 25, 2024, commemorating the 26th death anniversary of Founder Chairman Late S.D. Singh.
"This event embodies our commitment to community service," stated Singh Diwakar, School Chairman, during the inaugural lamp lighting ceremony.
MLA Roy Saryu of East Singhbhum distributed certificates to blood donors, recognizing their contribution.
The camp, held from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, successfully collected 375 units of blood.
"We’re grateful for the overwhelming response from donors," Principal Das Moushumi remarked.
Singh Shailendra, Chairman of the Central Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee, motivated donors with encouraging words.
Notable guests included Dr. Singh Sudhakar, Singh Gupt Chandra, and Singh Shankar Shiv, among others.
Each donor received a certificate of appreciation and a token of gratitude for their selfless service.
Singh Diwakar extended thanks to Singh Vijay, Secretary of the Red Cross Society, for their crucial support.
This annual event underscores S.D.S.M. School’s dedication to honoring its founder’s legacy through community outreach.
