Necessary guidelines discussed for foundation stone laying, inauguration, and asset distribution program

Deputy Commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla held a review meeting with district officials to prepare for Chief Minister Champai Soren’s visit to Rajnagar on June 16, 2024.

SERAIKELA – A review meeting was held under the chairmanship of District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla with district-level officials at the Collectorate auditorium to prepare for the visit of Chief Minister Champai Soren.

The meeting focused on the preparation for the foundation stone laying, inauguration, and asset distribution program at the football ground in Matkambeda under the Rajnagar block on June 16, 2024.

Deputy Development Commissioner Prabhat Kumar Bardiar, Trainee IAS Kumar Rajat, and all district-level officials attended the meeting.

Deputy Commissioner Shukla discussed the outline of the program point by point, ensuring all aspects were covered comprehensively.

Key points discussed included the transportation of selected beneficiaries under various schemes, seating arrangements for beneficiaries, cleanliness of the program venue, vehicle parking, traffic management, presence of fire brigade and medical teams, and the adequate supply of drinking water and electricity.

The Deputy Commissioner directed concerned officials to complete all preparations on time to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.

"The successful execution of this program is a collective responsibility, and we must ensure all arrangements are made meticulously," said Deputy Commissioner Shukla.

The meeting emphasized the importance of coordination among various departments to facilitate a seamless event for the Chief Minister’s visit.
