JAMSHEDPUR – Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal conducted a Janta Darbar at the Collectorate office, offering residents a direct platform to voice their concerns and seek administrative solutions.

"Our goal is to address citizen issues promptly and efficiently," Mittal stated during the session.

Administrative Action

Mittal personally handled several applications on the spot.

Other grievances were forwarded to relevant departmental officers for swift resolution.

The Deputy Commissioner stressed the importance of inter-departmental coordination to expedite application processing.

"We aim to minimize repeated visits by complainants to government offices," Mittal emphasized.
