Hete Gang Members Prime Suspects in Sonari Jewelry Heist
Police apprehend four suspects in connection with the MB Jewelers heist, identified as members of the Hete gang.
JAMSHEDPUR – The robbery at MB Jewelers in Sonari on May 23 has now escalated into a dacoity case, with the identification of three key suspects linked to the Hete gang.
Hete, who is currently serving time in Palamu jail, allegedly advised the perpetrators about the vulnerabilities of Sonari Main Road, facilitating the crime.
Following an intensive investigation, police have arrested four suspects: Rishi Raj alias Soni, Govinda Paswan, Rahul Sharma, and Abhishek Gupta, all residents of Chaunpur in Palamu district.
These individuals have been placed in judicial custody as further legal proceedings continue.

"The arrest of these suspects is a significant step in dismantling the operations of the Hete gang," said a police spokesperson.
