Audit Led by Former Tata Steel Officer PN Gupta

Responsible Steel conducted a surveillance audit on June 6, led by auditor and former Tata Steel officer PN Gupta, to assess compliance and operational standards.

JAMSHEDPUR – A surveillance audit of Tata Workers Union by Responsible Steel was carried out on June 6 under the leadership of PN Gupta, the firm’s auditor and a former officer of Tata Steel.

Present at the audit were key members of the Tata Workers’ Union, including President Sanjeev Kumar Choudhary, General Secretary Satish Singh, Deputy President Shailesh Kumar Singh, Vice Presidents Shahnawaz Alam, Sanjay Singh, Sanjeev Tiwary, and Rajiv Kumar Choudhary, Assistant Secretaries Ajay Chaudhury and Shyam Babu, and Treasurer & Accountant Amod Kumar Dubey.

The audit saw active participation from all office bearers of the Tata Workers’ Union, who provided valuable insights and assistance throughout the process.

This audit is part of Responsible Steel’s ongoing efforts to ensure high standards of compliance and operational excellence at Tata Steel.

"The collaborative effort of the Tata Workers’ Union was instrumental in the successful completion of this audit," stated a TWU office bearer.

The union’s involvement highlights the commitment of Tata Steel’s workforce to maintaining industry standards and continuous improvement.
