Three-Member Team Assembled by Jamshedpur’s Deputy Municipal Commissioner

A complaint regarding unauthorized construction at P&M Mall in Bistupur has prompted the Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Jamshedpur, JNAC, to assemble a three-member investigative team.

JAMSHEDPUR – A complaint about unauthorized construction at P&M Mall in Bistupur has led the Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Jamshedpur, JNAC, to form a three-member investigative team.

Leading the team is Special Officer Arvind Tirkey, who is joined by Assistant Engineers Sachin and Ajay.

The individuals are responsible for carrying out a comprehensive investigation and implementing the necessary measures within a 24-hour timeframe.

Rakesh Jha, a resident of Sakchi, filed a complaint and directed it to the Deputy Commissioner of the district.

Jha has shared photographic and video evidence of the unauthorized construction, and has also requested a review of the proposed floor plans for the parking area.

He mentioned a directive from the Jharkhand High Court, which called for the prompt demolition of the illegal structures and the implementation of legal measures.

The district administration has responded promptly to the complaint, taking it seriously and taking immediate action to resolve the issue.

The investigative team will carefully examine the evidence and evaluate the situation before proceeding with the appropriate actions.

The investigation’s findings will shape the next steps in addressing the unauthorized construction.
