Jamshedpur is bracing for the impact of Cyclone Remal, which is expected to bring heavy rain and strong winds to the region on Tuesday.

JAMSHEDPUR – A cyclonic storm named Remal is currently making its way towards West Bengal and is predicted to impact Jamshedpur and the surrounding regions on Tuesday.

West Bengal was hit by heavy rain and strong winds on Monday morning, and it looks like Jamshedpur and the surrounding areas will experience similar weather.

The effects of the storm are expected to persist until Tuesday.

There is a chance of rain and thunderstorms in northeastern Jharkhand, which includes Deoghar, Dhanbad, Dumka, Giridih, Godda, Jamtara, Sahebengal, Ranchi, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, and Seraikela.

It is anticipated that wind speeds will reach 30-40 km/h.

On Monday, Jamshedpur experienced a maximum temperature of 37.0 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 28.2 degrees Celsius.

Baharagora experienced a temperature of 30.4 degrees Celsius, while Seraikela and West Singhbhum recorded higher temperatures of 38.6 degrees Celsius and 38.3 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Wow, it was scorching hot in Jamshedpur with a temperature of 41.5 degrees Celsius!

Alerts have been issued for different districts in Jharkhand for Tuesday.

There is a high chance of thunderstorms occurring in the districts of Garhwa, Palamu, Latehar, and Chatra.

It is important for residents to prioritize their safety by staying indoors and taking the necessary precautions as the storm approaches.
