JAMSHEDPUR – Srinath University commemorated Rabindranath Tagore’s 163rd birth anniversary with various cultural and literary programs.
The celebration featured a stage play of "Kabuliwala" by second-semester students.
Fourth-semester students captivated the audience with a group dance to Tagore’s songs, "Bhenge Mor Ghorer Chabi" and "Amar Bhitor Bahire."
Megha, a second-semester student, delivered a solo performance of the song "Ami Chini Go Chini Tomare."
Students also showcased a collection of artistic paintings, demonstrating their skills and honoring Tagore’s creative legacy.
The department encouraged students to pursue their artistic endeavors while drawing inspiration from Tagore’s work.
