After crashing into a roadside pillar, he was referred to a hospital in Jamshedpur.
JAMSHEDPUR – On Tuesday afternoon, Rajiv Thakur, 20, from Galudih Mahulia, suffered serious injuries.
His bike veered out of control, striking a kilometer pillar near Kappagoda Kalindi Basti on NH 33.
This accident, occurring within the Ghatshila police jurisdiction, left him with a broken left leg.
Local residents called for an ambulance, but none arrived promptly.
Responding to the incident, BJP General Secretary Haradhan Singh transported Thakur to Sub-Divisional Hospital Ghatshila using his personal vehicle.
After receiving initial treatment, doctors referred him to MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur for advanced care.
Thakur had been traveling from Galudih toward Ghatshila on his Yamaha YZF R1 bike.
