Gulmohur High School Hosts Effort Appreciation Ceremony for Student Achievements

Senior Students Recognized for Academic and Co-curricular Excellence

On April 27, 2024, Gulmohur High School celebrated its students’ hard work and success during the Effort Appreciation Ceremony, aimed at acknowledging the dedication and achievements of students from classes VI to IX and XI.

JAMSHEDPUR – Gulmohur High School held its Effort Appreciation Ceremony on April 27, 2024, to celebrate the achievements of its students across various fields including academics, co-curricular activities, and overall conduct.

The event was graced by Prantik Chakraborty, Deputy General Manager of Communication at Tata Motors in Jamshedpur, who served as the Chief Guest.

During the ceremony, students were recognized for their outstanding performances with awards in various categories such as Topper Awards in subjects like English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science.

Awards were also presented for discipline, empathy, and active participation in co-curricular events, along with skill presentations in Art and Craft.

Special recognition was given to the CISCE Sports Champions, who excelled in Yoga, Swimming, and Basketball at the National Level.

The cultural program added to the festivities, featuring performances by the Dance Activity Club and a medley by the school choir titled “Gulmohur Dreamers.”

Top-performing students included Vaibhav Anand from Class 6, Sashreek Dey from Class 7, Shubhomita Das from Class 8, Sanwita Maiti from Class 9, and Vaibhav Karn from Class 11.

Mr. Prantik Chakraborty praised the students, highlighting the school’s commitment to innovative teaching methods such as Critical Thinking and Experiential Learning.

The event’s success was credited to the leadership of Principal Priti Sinha, Vice Principal Archana Srivastava, and the dedicated faculty members, including Jaswinder Kaur and Gargi Mukherjee.

The Appreciation Ceremony For Std 1 to V was held on April 26 at the school.
