Kerala Samajam Model School Unveils New Green Energy and Recreational Facilities

KSMS Inaugurates Solar Panels and Play Areas to Enhance Student Experience

Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS) celebrated the launch of its new Green Energy Solar Panel, Nursery Playstation, and Indoor Games Courtyard on Friday, enhancing its educational and recreational facilities.

JAMSHEDPUR – The inauguration was led by Ritu Raj Sinha, MD of Tata Steel UISL, who served as the Chief Guest for the event.

The ceremony also saw participation from K.P.G. Nair, Chairman of KSMS, Principal Nandini Shukla, and several members of the Board of Trustees.

Attendees explored the new installations, including the solar power generating system equipped with 185 panels and dual 50 kVA on-grid inverters, now fully integrated with a net metering system.

The Nursery Playstation features a variety of equipment designed to engage young learners and aid in their developmental skills.

Additionally, the Indoor Games Courtyard has been outfitted with PVC mats, accommodating activities such as badminton, table tennis, chess, and carrom board, expanding the school’s recreational offerings.

The event included a presentation on the school’s history, dance performances, and musical numbers, with the Chief Guest emphasizing the vital role of sustainability and Green School Education in preparing students for a better future.

KSMS’s latest developments reflect its ongoing commitment to providing a comprehensive and sustainable educational environment for its students.
