Landmark Event for Tata Steel and JUSCO Shramik Union
Tata Steel’s leadership inaugurates the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Sabhagaar, marking a new era of collaboration.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a notable event on April 1, 2024, Tata Steel’s CEO & MD, Mr. T V Narendran, led the inauguration of the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Sabhagaar (Conference Hall) of the JUSCO Shramik Union (JSU).
The ceremony saw the presence of Tata Steel’s senior executives, including Mr. Raghunath Pandey, President of JSU, Mr. Chanakya Chaudhary, Chairman, Tata Steel UISL, Ms. Atrayee Sanyal, Vice President, Human Resource Management, Tata Steel, and Mr. Ritu Raj Sinha, Managing Director, Tata Steel UISL.
The event was characterized by expressions of gratitude and recognition of the collaborative efforts that led to the realization of this significant project.
Mr. Raghunath Pandey, in his welcoming address, highlighted the dedication of Mr. T V Narendran to corporate ethics and safety.
He acknowledged the key contributions of Mr. Ritu Raj Sinha and the support of Captain Dhananjay Mishra in achieving this milestone.
Mr. CDS Krishnan, General Secretary of JSU, played a pivotal role as the ceremony’s anchor, ensuring the smooth progression of the event.

They said that the event was also a testament to the strong sense of unity and collective ambition within the JSU, with key office bearers and committee members, including Deputy President Manish Kumar Dubey, in attendance.
