Chakulia’s District Education and Training Institute Celebrates Women’s Day

Notable women share messages of empowerment and the importance of education at a special event.

The District Education and Training Institute in Chakulia held a celebratory event on Thursday to honor International Women’s Day. The ceremony, held in the Diet Auditorium, featured esteemed guests including Nirmala Barelia, East Singhbhum DSE and Vijay Sharma, World Literature Scholar and cinema expert as well as Aruna Mishra, Asian Woman Boxing Champion and DSP Jamshedpur.

Jamshedpur – A vibrant celebration of International Women’s Day took place at the District Education and Training Institute in Chakulia.

Guests of honor lit a ceremonial lamp to inaugurate the event and delivered inspiring speeches. Speakers emphasized the limitless potential of women and noted their significant contributions across all fields.

The importance of education, respect, and a positive outlook were recurring themes. Speakers urged women to embrace self-respect while also fostering respect for men.

Boxing champion Aruna Mishra highlighted the crucial role teachers play in shaping lives, underscoring the need for women to succeed in every sphere.

She stressed the importance of passion and determination in achieving success and advised teachers to guide students by understanding their weaknesses and nurturing their strengths.

Mishra also emphasized the need for parents to instill positive values and provide a nurturing environment for their children.

Guests were honored with mementos and shawls at the end of the ceremony. DIET in-charge Principal Ramnath Singh, Jyotika Bhakat, and teachers from 130 district schools attended the event, which was conducted by Victor Vijay Samad.
