84 Participants Compete in Jamshedpur’s Garden of the Year in 12 Categories

Jamshedpur’s Garden of the Year competition begins, featuring 84 entrants and 12 categories, showcasing horticultural excellence.

JAMSHEDPUR – The prestigious Garden of the Year competition has commenced in Jamshedpur, with the Horticulture Society inspecting gardens across the city.

This inspection tour began at the residence of Tata Steel’s VP Uttam Singh, setting a high standard for the contest.

Kamal Kishore, a member of the Horticulture Society, shared that 84 participants have entered the competition, which is divided into 12 distinct categories.

Participants like Sumit Nupur are dedicating three to four hours daily to garden maintenance, underscoring the hard work and team effort involved in creating these horticultural masterpieces.

Kishore emphasized the competition’s aim to promote the beauty and importance of well-maintained gardens among the public.

The event showcases the diligent efforts of participants and their teams in cultivating a wide variety of flowers and plants.

The competition, a highlight in Jamshedpur’s calendar, promises to reward the most outstanding gardens for their beauty and innovation.
