JAMSHEDPUR – AGM Anil Dubey of South Eastern Railway arrived to inspect Tatanagar station on Sunday.

All railway officials, including Assistant ARM Tatanagar Abhishek Kumar Singhal and ADRM Vinay Kujur, were present.

AGM had reached Tatanagar on Saturday night.

As per the predetermined program, he first held a meeting with all the officers and then inspected the guard lobby.

Upon reaching near the Sanket entry gate, he found water falling on the floor from the water filter at the second entry gate.

He became angry and reprimanded the concerned officer, directing a fix as soon as possible.

After this, he inspected the parcel room.

Addressing journalists, AGM Anil Dubey stated that the safety of trains and the facilities provided to passengers are his first priority, a theme he reiterated during the inspection.

He discussed how to handle complaints coming through the Rail Madad app.

He highlighted that 84 to 90 trains operate in the section at a time, leading to delays, along with blocks affecting train timeliness.

During the inspection, he stressed that officers should pay more attention to night inspections and engage with local people to reduce accidents.
