CEO Amit Raj Sinha of Sigachi Industries inspires PGDM GM Batch (23-24) at XLRI; shares insights on career success, planning, and bridging the knowledge gap.
JAMSHEDPUR – The PGDM GM Batch (23-24) of XLRI arranged the CXO session, "Breaking the Glass Ceiling."
Amit Raj Sinha, the CEO and Managing Director of Sigachi Industries, delivered the keynote address.
Mr. Sinha, who is renowned for his inspiring leadership and extensive knowledge of the sector, gave numerous crucial advice to the PGDM students on how to deal with difficulties.
They said that in order for a person to succeed in their job, they need to constantly have a solid plan in place.
He advised the students to always set short-term goals.
He said: “Create a new goal after achieving the first one, fix any flaws, and then attempt to achieve it.”
He also shared his experiences and hardships with everyone throughout his session.
He acknowledged the efforts made by XLRI to close the gap between academic institutions and business.
Student Soumya Dubey had earlier greeted him.
On this occasion, Professor Kanakraj also reaffirmed his dedication to educating ethical leaders for the nation and the globe, in addition to the other courses he taught at XLRI.
