CII Youth Wing YI Yuva Inspires Srinath University Students Towards Community Development

Young Indians Yuva, part of CII Jamshedpur, held an event at Srinath University, empowering youth for socio-economic change.

JAMSHEDPUR – An engaging session was recently conducted by Young Indians Yuva, the vibrant youth segment of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Jamshedpur Chapter, at Srinath University.

Designed to encourage and equip the youth to actively participate in their community’s socio-economic growth, the event saw participation from a range of esteemed speakers across different fields.

These included prominent industry leaders and seasoned academics who shared their knowledge and insights with the eager attendees.

The central theme of the session, "Empowering Youth for a Better Future," saw panelists sharing their experiences and inspiring the young audience to realize their potential and become influential figures within society.

Among the notable speakers was Udit Agarwal, the Co-Chair of Young Indians Yuva, Jamshedpur Chapter, who emphasized the importance of youth involvement in sculpting the country’s future during his insightful speech.

He emphasized the crucial role of entrepreneurship, innovation, and robust leadership in the rapidly advancing world.

He further outlined the seven key focus areas of Young Indians Yuva, which include Rural Initiatives, Accessibility, Climate Change, Road Safety, Health, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Learning.

Agarwal also shared that the Co-Chair and Chairperson positions would be chosen from Srinath University students, who would then head the Yuva team within the university, fostering holistic development among the students.

Harsh Agarwal, the Chair of Young Indians Yuva in Jamshedpur, spoke to the audience about accepting challenges and aiming for excellence.

He underlined the significance of teamwork and implored the audience to leverage their abilities to effect positive societal change.

Sourabh Khirwal, Jamshedpur’s Yuva Co-Chair, discussed the importance of skills development and digital literacy in today’s world.

Highlighting emerging opportunities, Khirwal urged the importance of continual skill enhancement to stay competitive in the dynamic job market.

Hrushab Mehta, the Accessibility Chair in Jamshedpur, emphasized the importance of inclusion and accessibility for individuals with disabilities, stating that an inclusive society where everyone has equal chances to succeed should be the goal.

J. Rajesh, the Dean of Administration at Srinath University, along with other esteemed faculty members, also graced the occasion and contributed to the enriching discussions.

On the evening of 30th June 2023, Rajendra Vidyalaya, Sakchi, was filled with joy and excitement as the esteemed institution celebrated its 30th Annual Prize Night.
