DC appeals to remain vigilant and inform Admn about any mischief, warns of strict legal action against troublemakers

Jamshedpur: The Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum, Smt. Vijaya Jadhav, has issued a warning to all the residents of the city and the district about the mischievous efforts of some anti-social elements to spoil the communal harmony.

In a video message, she said that in response, the police force, magistrates, Quick Response Team (QRT), Rapid Action Force (RAF), and Anti-Riot resources have been deployed to maintain law and order.

The DC said that the administration is keeping a close watch on the situation, and strict legal action will be taken against those who indulge in any anti-social act.

The residents have been urged not to believe any kind of rumor and not to transmit any provocative words or messages through WhatsApp or other messaging platforms.

The DC said in her message that in case of any unpleasant or anti-social incident, the residents are urged to immediately inform the administration.

The contact numbers of the Deputy Commissioner, Senior Superintendent of Police, City Superintendent of Police, Rural Superintendent of Police, Sub-Divisional Officer, Control Room, and other senior officers of the district have also been made available to the residents.

The Deputy Commissioner has appealed to all the residents of the city to cooperate with the administration to create a peaceful environment and maintain communal harmony.

The deployment of law enforcement resources is a measure to prevent any untoward incident and to ensure that the communal harmony in the city and district is maintained.

The administration is taking all necessary measures to ensure that the situation remains peaceful and that the anti-social elements do not succeed in their efforts to disrupt the communal harmony.

The residents have been requested to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the authorities immediately.
