Youth assaulted with knife near Telco Bari Nagar, injured

Jamshedpur: A youth was assaulted with knife and was badly injured near Bari Nagar under the jurisdiction of Telco police station.

Locals informed the police about the incident. The incident has caused quite a sensation in the area.

The injured youth was rushed to MGMCH with the help of locals.

On receiving the information, Telco Police reached MGM Hospital. Presently, the injured is being treated at MGM Hospital.

The injured youth Kamaruddin alleged that due to old enmity, another youth named Bhuri stabbed him thrice and injured him seriously.

He sustained deep injuries in his shoulders and hands.

According to the doctors, his condition is now out of danger.

On the other hand, Telco Police reached MGM Hospital after getting information about the matter and have started investigating the matter.

The injured told them that he was assaulted even in the past.

The tussle relates to a fight for supremacy in the area.

For now, the police are investigating the whole matter.
