Active corona cases in Seraikela-Kharsawan only 50 now

Total deaths stable at 11 for last several weeks

Seraikela: The active coronavirus infection cases in Seraikela-Kharsawan district has come down to 50 only. It is a big slide down in the number of active cases in the district even as the total number of deaths for the district remains stable at 11 for the last several weeks.

According to official data, the district has tested a total of 14,67,53 samples till Tuesday. Out of these, 1,39,596 samples were found negative, while 3,549 samples have been found positive.

Till date, 3,488 patients have been cured and discharged. 11 persons have died of the pandemic till date. However, no deaths have occurred in the last few weeks.

The number of active cases in the district has come down to 50 only which is a big achievement and a positive indication for the district.

On Tuesday, the district has collected 731 samples.
