Corona kills 8 more in Jharkhand on Saturday, State death tally now 398

New cases 1299, 958 cured

Ranchi: Covid-19 continues to kill people in Jharkhand. On Saturday, 8 persons lost their lives due to coronavirus taking the total death toll for the state to 398.

Meanwhile, Jharkhand has also detected 1299 fresh Covid-19 cases.

On the other hand, 958 persons have also been cured and discharged from hospitals on Friday.

In all, 1299 fresh cases have been detected taking the number of total positive cases to 37,112.

The number of active cases in the state is now 11,498, while 25,216 persons have been cured and discharged till date.

The state has collected 7,30,237 samples till date, out of which 37,112 have been found positive.
