Pharma and plastic parks to be set up in Ranchi, Deoghar respectively: KN Jha
Ranchi: State industry department is soon going to set up a pharma park in Ranchi. A plastic park will also be established in Deoghar. This was informed on Saturday by Kripa Nand Jha, Director, Industries, Jharkhand.
Interacting with local industrialists at Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JIADA) regional office, Adityapur, Jha said the purpose of setting up these parks is to invite investors.
Also present at the meeting, Inder Agrawal, representing Adityapur Small Industries Association (ASIA), demanded that land should be provided to industries through lottery instead of e-bidding.
Importantly, ASIA had earlier demanded e-bidding system of land allotment. But now it has changed its stance.
Also present on the occasion was Dr Neha Arora, Regional Director, JIADA, officials of ASIA and Laghu Udyog Bharati and Regional Deputy Director Ranjana Mishra.
