Tata Steel Removes Encroachment on Kadma Slope Road Following Court Order

Jamshedpur Co-operative Stores Limited Loses 12-Year-Long Legal Battle

Tata Steel has successfully removed an encroachment on Kadma Slope Road, following an order from the Jamshedpur Court, which ruled in favor of the company in a 12-year-long legal battle.

JAMSHEDPUR – The encroached land, which had been illegally occupied for years, will now be incorporated into Tata Steel’s colony.

The case, filed by Tata Steel against Jamshedpur Co-operative Stores Limited, had been pending for approximately 12 years.

The land in question was originally allotted for coal storage purposes but was later sold and illegally occupied.

With the assistance of the Kadma police, Tata Steel executed the court’s order and removed the encroachment.

The Jamshedpur Court’s verdict in favor of Tata Steel has brought an end to the long-standing dispute.

The successful removal of the encroachment marks a significant victory for Tata Steel in its efforts to protect its land and assets.

The company’s persistence in pursuing legal action against the illegal occupants has finally yielded results.

The clearance of the encroached land will allow Tata Steel to utilize the area for its intended purpose and further develop its colony.
