Court Order Ends 23-Year Occupation of Mango House

Jamshedpur Property Reclaimed After Legal Battle

A long legal dispute resolves with the eviction of illegal occupants from a residence in Mango Dimna Chowk, Jamshedpur, enforcing a High Court decision.

JAMSHEDPUR – Judicial Magistrate Sumit Kumar, alongside local police, executed a court-ordered eviction at Vimala Devi’s house, ending a 23-year illegal occupation.

The eviction operation, conducted under the supervision of key judicial and police officials, adhered strictly to the legal framework, ensuring a peaceful resolution.

The legal fight for ownership rights of Vimala Devi’s property, initiated in 2003, concluded with a High Court ruling favoring her family, highlighting the persistence of legal recourse.

Despite initial resistance, the encroachers led by Durga Devi complied with the eviction, marking a significant victory for Vimala Devi and her son.

The district administration’s adherence to the court order underscores the effectiveness of legal channels in resolving property disputes.

This case signifies a major milestone in property rights enforcement in Jamshedpur, restoring rightful ownership after nearly two decades of legal struggle.
