Voter Awareness Drive Launches in East Singhbhum

Officials kick off campaign for maximum turnout in 2024 Assembly Elections

JAMSHEDPUR – East Singhbhum district has intensified its voter awareness efforts with a special program aimed at boosting participation in the upcoming Assembly Elections.

Commissioner Kolhan Hari Kumar Keshari led the initiative at the Collectorate premises.

DIG Kolhan Chothe Manoj Ratan and DIG CRPF Puran Singh joined the awareness campaign.

The event focused on encouraging maximum voter turnout for the November 13, 2024 elections.

Officials launched mobile and vehicle stickers created by the district’s Sweep Cell.

A colorful rangoli and selfie point attracted participants to spread the voting message.

The program featured a signature campaign to promote electoral participation.

Attendees released balloons carrying messages about the importance of voting.

Commissioner Keshari flagged off a Voter Awareness Chariot during the event.

The chariot will target areas with historically low voter turnout across the district.

Rural and remote regions will receive special attention from the awareness campaign.

Officials from neighboring districts in Odisha and West Bengal participated in the program.

Krishna Kumar, Sweep Cell Nodal and Deputy Municipal Commissioner JNAC, attended the event.

Deputy Election Officer Priyanka Singh supported the voter education initiative.

District Public Relations Officer Panchanan Oraon helped coordinate the awareness drive.

The campaign aims to reach both urban and rural populations in East Singhbhum.

A voter oath ceremony reinforced the message of responsible civic participation.
