A tragic road accident in Jamshedpur’s Govindpur area has claimed the life of a 7-year-old girl, Ruhi Kumari.
A school bus allegedly lost control near Anna Chowk and hit people standing by the roadside. Two others, 11-year-old Rehan and 21-year-old Roshan Sharma, were injured and are undergoing treatment.
Police later intercepted the bus near Telco B.Ed College in Hurlung and detained the driver. Angry locals blocked the road, demanding stronger traffic control and road safety measures.
