RANCHI – Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced plans to provide employment to 10,000 people on November 28. The date marks the completion of one year of his government.

The Chief Minister visited his ancestral village Nemra’s Lukaiya Tad today. He attended his grandfather’s martyrdom day commemoration program. Moreover, he paid floral tributes at Shahid Sobran Soren’s life-size statue.

Soren addressed the gathering from the stage afterward. He warned that middlemen operating in government offices face no mercy. Officials will identify these brokers systematically. Besides, identified middlemen will be removed from their positions.

“Brokers will be put behind bars,” the Chief Minister stated firmly. Jharkhand remains a state for young people. However, corruption in administrative offices requires immediate action.

The government completes one year on November 28, 2025. Employment opportunities will reach 10,000 youth on that day. The distribution ceremony will mark this significant milestone.

Chief Minister Soren spoke to media representatives separately. He revealed a comprehensive 50-year roadmap for state development. The plan envisions transforming Jharkhand significantly over five decades.

“We will develop Jharkhand on par with Delhi,” Soren explained. Mumbai and Gujarat serve as development models. On the other hand, the state will retain its unique identity.

The Chief Minister sought blessings at his grandfather’s memorial. Shahid Sobran Soren sacrificed his life for the community. His legacy inspires current governance initiatives substantially.

Educational reforms complement employment generation efforts statewide. Job drives have previously benefited thousands of youth.

Administrative transparency remains the government’s priority focus. Corrupt practices in official dealings face zero tolerance. Besides, citizen grievances receive prompt attention through streamlined systems.

Development achievements demonstrate government commitment toward progress. Welfare schemes continue reaching marginalized communities effectively.

Youth employment drives feature prominently in governance strategy. Job creation initiatives span both public and private sectors. Martyrs’ families receive special consideration in welfare programs.
