JAMSHEDPUR – Parvinder Singh officially took charge as East Singhbhum District Congress Committee president in a ceremony held Wednesday.

Former district president Anand Bihari Dubey handed over responsibilities. The transition took place at Congress office in Bistupur. A special gathering was organized to mark the occasion.

Former Rajya Sabha MP Dr Pradeep Balmuchu attended the event. Several former district presidents were also present. The gathering witnessed participation from senior party leaders.

All attendees welcomed the new district chief warmly. They expressed confidence in his leadership abilities. The ceremony reflected party unity and strength.

Singh addressed media representatives after assuming charge. He outlined his vision for the organization. The new president emphasized blending youth energy with experience.
