NTTF Welcomes New Batch With ‘Udaan Freshers’ Day Celebration

Cultural Performances and Motivational Address Mark Event at Golmuri

JAMSHEDPUR – R.D. Tata Technical Institute (NTTF), Golmuri, in collaboration with Tata Steel Foundation, welcomed its new batch of students with the ‘Udaan Freshers’ Day’ celebration.

The program began with lighting of the lamp by principal Preeta John, who urged students to value technical education as a national need. She emphasized that discipline and dedication are key to achieving success in life, assuring institutional support to all learners.

The cultural session started with a welcome song by Shivam and Anish, followed by dance performances from Electronic Anmol & Group and Computer Disha & Group. Anmol later presented a rap song that drew strong applause.

Additional performances by Metronics Bhumika & Group, Tool Ankita & Group, and Akash added variety to the evening. The event concluded with a group song by first-year students and a vibrant act by Megatronics Rohit & Group Ujjodi.

The program was attended by faculty members and coordinators including Sharmistha Das, Deepak Ojha, Varun Kumar, Deepak Sarkar, Haresh Mrinmoy, Kumar Mahato, Ajit Kumar, Ritesh, Neha, Shiv Prasad, Jalandhar Patro, Acharya Suman, Nakul Kumar, Ranjit Kumar, Satish Mishra, Laxman, Preeti, Manjula, Shilpa, Munmun, Veena Singh, Jyoti, Itishri, Smriti, Pallavani Chaudhary, and others.
