JAMSHEDPUR – Workers College hosted the Kolhan University Inter-College Chess Competition 2025.

Karim City College dominated the tournament proceedings. The event attracted participants from various affiliated colleges.

Meanwhile, distinguished guests attended the inauguration ceremony. Dr. S.P. Mahalik opened the competition.

Individual Achievements

Abhishek Kumar claimed the individual championship. He represented Karim City College.

Moreover, Akash Kumar Mohapatra secured second position. Both winners came from Karim City College.

Team Competition Results

Karim City College emerged victorious in team category. Their performance showed remarkable consistency.

Furthermore, Jamshedpur Cooperative College secured second place. The competition was keenly contested.
