JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI’s three-day international conference brought together global leaders to discuss the role of respect in business leadership.

The JRD Tata Foundation for Business Ethics partnered in organizing the event. Meanwhile, several industry experts shared valuable insights.

Platform Launch

EthicoSphere emerged as a significant initiative during the conference. “This platform will bridge academia and industry,” remarked Fr. George Sebastian, XLRI Director.

Dr. Himanshu Rai of IIM Indore delivered an impactful keynote address. Moreover, he emphasized the importance of value-driven governance.

Expert Insights

Tata Steel’s Chief Ethics Counsellor Soni Sinha shared perspectives on organizational ethics. Additionally, ISB Dean Prof. Dr. Madan Pillutla discussed leadership values.

The event featured speakers from prestigious institutions worldwide. Furthermore, industry leaders from Microsoft and Amadeus Labs contributed their expertise.

Future Initiatives

XLRI announced plans for annual EthicoSphere Dialogues. “These discussions will shape future business practices,” noted a conference organizer.
