Moreover, the cabinet ensures broad regional coverage across Jharkhand. The Kolhan division gained strong representation through Deepak Birua.

The cabinet spans multiple generations. At 33, Shilpi Neha Tirkey represents youth leadership.

On the other hand, Radha Krishna Kishore brings decades of legislative experience.

Furthermore, Dr. Irfan Ansari adds medical expertise to the cabinet.

Political Alignments

The alliance maintains careful balance through party representations. The RJD secured one berth through Sanjay Prasad Yadav.
