Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan will submit his assessment report. Meanwhile, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma prepares his analysis.
The party plans crucial deliberations on November 30. Moreover, district presidents will present their findings.
"The party needs fresh perspectives to strengthen our grassroots connect," stated a senior BJP leader.
State Organization General Secretary Karmveer Singh’s position appears uncertain. However, discussions about appointing a co-organization minister had started earlier.
The party previously held 37 seats in the 81-member assembly. Furthermore, its vote share dropped by 7.3% in this election.
Babulal Marandi’s victory brings hope for the party. Additionally, his tribal leadership background could benefit BJP’s revival.
The party’s performance in tribal areas needs improvement. In fact, it won only 2 out of 28 reserved tribal seats.
"We are focusing on rebuilding our connect with tribal communities," revealed a party insider.
The BJP dominated Jharkhand politics from 2014 to 2019. Nevertheless, recent electoral setbacks demand strategic changes.
