JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI’s annual JRD Tata Oration featured insights into Ratan Tata’s ethical principles.

The event began with traditional lamp lighting. Meanwhile, TV Narendran and other dignitaries participated.

Moreover, Bhat outlined four key aspects of ethical conduct. He emphasized fairness to all stakeholders.

"Ethics forms society’s essential building block," stated Bhat. Furthermore, he highlighted Ratan Tata’s commitment to India.

In addition, XLRI showcased its ethics education initiatives. The institution offers specialized courses for various programs.

However, future plans include more development programs. The EthicoSphere initiative launches next January.

The PEACE committee actively supports ethics education. Besides, students excel in international competitions.

The institute maintains global partnerships. Meanwhile, research efforts produced four books on business ethics.
