JAMSHEDPUR – The landmark 40th edition of the JYOTI Basketball Tournament commenced at Loyola School Bistupur, drawing participation from fourteen prestigious educational institutions across the region.

The prestigious sporting event has established itself as a cornerstone of youth athletics in the city.

Moreover, the JYOTI Club, which has been operational for 53 years, continues its mission of fostering student development.

Meanwhile, the tournament schedule spans three action-packed days of basketball matches.

In addition, the championship game will determine the winner on October 29.

Furthermore, the participating teams represent diverse institutions including St. Mary’s English High School and Kerala Public School branches.

However, other notable participants include DBMS Kadma, Sacred Heart Convent School, and Carmel Junior College.

On the other hand, the host institution, Loyola School Bistupur, welcomes competitors from Loyola School Telco and Loyola Project School.

Besides, the event showcases young athletic talent while promoting values of sportsmanship and teamwork.
