13 Candidates File Nominations for Palamu Assembly Constituencies

Multiple Parties and Independents Join Electoral Race in Jharkhand Polls

MEDININAGAR – Thirteen candidates have submitted their nomination papers for four assembly constituencies in Palamu district as Jharkhand gears up for state elections.

The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party’s nominee Kamlesh Kumar Singh arrived with supporters to file his papers from Hussainabad constituency.

Three other candidates, including Rashtriya Samanta Dal’s Ashok Mehta, also submitted nominations from the same seat.

Meanwhile, former state assembly speaker Inder Singh Namdhari’s son Dilip Singh Namdhari filed papers as an independent candidate from Daltonganj.

“The overwhelming support from local residents has strengthened my resolve to serve the constituency,” remarked Dilip Singh Namdhari after filing his nomination.

Growing Political Interest

The Communist Party of India’s district secretary Ruchir Kumar Tiwari led a rally before submitting his nomination papers.

Two independent candidates, Mahesh Sao and Lalan Chaudhary, also joined the electoral race from Daltonganj.

Final Push Before Deadline

From Vishrampur constituency, CPI(ML) Mass Line’s Anil Mistri and independents Jagriti Dubey and Rajiv Ranjan Pandey filed their papers.

The Paki assembly segment saw nominations from Lokhit Adhikar Party’s Vishwanath Sao and independent candidate Nitesh Kumar.

Notably, eleven nomination forms were purchased across Chhatarpur, Vishrampur, and Daltonganj constituencies.
