JAMSHEDPUR – Jamui MLA Shreyasi Singh inaugurated a distinctive Durga Puja pandal in Adityapur, showcasing Buddhist themes and Indian cultural heritage.

The Malkhan Singh Durga Puja pandal, organized by Praveen Singh Smriti Seva Sansthan, opened on Mahalaya.

This grand installation draws inspiration from Myanmar’s Buddha Golden Temple.

The pandal features Buddha Amritvani posters and wall writings to engage visitors.

Environmental consciousness is promoted through tree planting around the site.

Arvind Singh, former MLA and Chief Patron of Praveen Seva Sansthan, highlighted the pandal’s inclusive message.

“Our pandal embodies the spirit of ‘Sarva Dharma Sambhaav’,” he remarked.

Artisans from West Bengal spent two months crafting the elaborate structure.

Ashok Ghosh of Maa Parvati Decorator led the pandal’s construction efforts.

The grand Durga idol was created by artisan Ashok Day.

Mechanical electrical decorations from Chandan Nagar are expected to captivate devotees.

More than 100 volunteers will assist visitors at the pandal.

Parking facilities are available at Jaiprakash Udyan and the Housing Board Ground.

Cleanliness around the pandal is a priority, with private sanitation workers on duty.

The Adityapur Municipal Corporation has promised special cleanliness measures during the festival.

Devotees from Jamshedpur and nearby areas flocked to the pandal after its inauguration.

A local resident exclaimed, “The Buddhist theme offers a unique spiritual experience this Durga Puja.”

The pandal’s serene atmosphere and vibrant decorations attracted numerous visitors.

This grand installation has set an enthusiastic tone for the region’s Durga Puja celebrations.
