Chapter highlights year’s achievements in materials management

JAMSHEDPUR – The Indian Institute of Materials Management Jamshedpur Chapter convened its Annual General Meeting, showcasing a year of significant achievements.

The event took place at the RMCS Jamshedpur premises, drawing a large attendance.

Moreover, distinguished National Council members and the Executive Committee participated in the gathering.

Professor Rajiv Mishra from XLRI graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Meanwhile, Rana Das, Vice President (East) of the IIMM National Council, attended as the Guest of Honor.

Sidharth Dash, Chairman of IIMM Jamshedpur, was also present at the meeting.

Dr. Neelesh Kumar Mishra, Hon. Secretary, presented a comprehensive report on the chapter’s activities.

He highlighted the celebration of Materials Management Day on April 23 as a key achievement.

Furthermore, Dr. Mishra reported on the successful completion of term-end examinations for PGDMM and PGDL&SCM programs.

The chapter also commemorated national events like Independence Day and Republic Day.

Additionally, IIMM Jamshedpur actively participated in National Council Meetings throughout the year.

A notable accomplishment was the day-long event on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

This event was organized in collaboration with the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.

The chapter boasts a strong membership of 471, showcasing its prominence in the field.

IIMM Jamshedpur continues to excel in education and professional development in materials management.

The meeting concluded with Cl Sanjeev Raman proposing the vote of thanks.
