Bhajans and rituals mark Sawan Ekadashi event in Parsudih
The 16th Annual Shyam Mahotsav, organized by Shri Shyam Bhakt Mandal Parsudih, drew devotees for a night of spiritual celebration on Sawan Ekadashi.
JAMSHEDPUR – The Co-operative Society Colony near Parsudih Haat Bazaar witnessed a night of devotion as the 16th Annual Shyam Mahotsav unfolded on Sawan Ekadashi.
Preeti and Akash Agarwal hosted the event, which featured a series of religious activities.
Pandit Gopal Shukla conducted the Puja and tied Raksha Sutra to all devotees.
The evening’s Bhajan program commenced with Shri Ganesh Vandana.
Local artist Prem Agarwal and his group mesmerized the audience with ‘Nani Bai Ro Myro’, featuring Priyanka Agarwal in the lead role.
Sheetal Kataruka from Purulia, Harjeet Singh Hira, and Rajendra Raj delivered captivating Bhajan performances.
Devotees danced late into the night, immersed in renditions dedicated to Baba Shyam, Bhole Baba, and Hanuman Ji.
The Maha Arati of Shri Khatu Shyam Ji took place at 2:30 AM, followed by the distribution of Prasad.
Despite heavy rain, the spiritual fervor continued unabated until 2:00 AM.
Notable guests included BJP leader Rajkumar Singh and Zila Parishad Vice-President Pankaj.
The organizing team, led by Ratan Agarwal and others, ensured the event’s success.
