Fire Destroys Airtel Outlet and Fast Food Shop in Adityapur

Massive fire at Airtel outlet on Tata-Kandra road causes extensive damage.

A fire broke out at an Airtel outlet in Adityapur, Seraikela district, devastating the shop and a fast food outlet.

JAMSHEDPUR – A major fire erupted last night at an Airtel outlet located at S Type Chowk on Tata-Kandra main road, under Adityapur police station in Seraikela district.

The fire caused extensive damage, burning all the goods in the shop to ashes.

Retailer Gopal Das received a call at 4 AM informing him about smoke coming from his shop.

When he arrived, he found the entire shop engulfed in smoke, and all items had been destroyed.

Das reported that his fast food shop adjacent to the outlet was also completely destroyed in the fire.

He estimated the loss to be over 50 lakhs.

The exact cause of the fire remains unknown, but it is suspected to have been caused by a short circuit.

Several expensive items, including set-top boxes, TVs, and an AC, were reduced to ashes.

Gopal Das said, “The loss is immense, and we are still trying to understand how this happened.”

Authorities are investigating the incident to determine the cause of the fire and assess the damages.

This incident highlights the need for stringent safety measures to prevent such devastating fires in commercial establishments.
