Preparation for June 4 Lok Sabha Elections Intensifies with Tent Requests from Major Parties

As the Lok Sabha elections scheduled for June 4, 2024, approach, both the administration and political parties have begun preparations for the crucial vote counting process.

JAMSHEDPUR – On Monday, the BJP and JMM district units submitted a formal request for permission to set up a tent outside the strong room at Co-operative College.

Anjan Sarkar from the Mahanagar BJP and Raj Lakra of the JMM District Committee collaborated to submit a letter to the Deputy Election Officer.

They mentioned their plan to establish tents to make their operations easier during the vote counting process.

They are expecting to receive authorization from the district administration on Tuesday.

Currently, no other candidates have asked for permission to set up a tent for the counting process.

The administration is diligently preparing for the upcoming election day, making sure that all essential preparations are in order.

The request made by BJP and JMM sheds light on the increasing efforts being made by major political parties in anticipation of the elections.

The tents will be used as operational bases for party representatives as they closely observe the vote counting process.

Both parties are actively working together to ensure seamless coordination and open communication during this critical counting period.

The district administration is set to review and approve permissions to ensure a fair and well-organized vote counting process.
