INDIA Bloc’s K.N. Tripathi Files Nomination, Champai Soren Criticizes BJP’s Policies at Chatra Rally
At a recent political rally in Chatra, Chief Minister Champai Soren expressed confidence that the INDIA bloc would sweep all 14 Lok Sabha seats in Jharkhand, criticizing the BJP’s previous governance failures.
CHATRA – During the nomination filing event for INDIA bloc candidate K.N. Tripathi in Chatra, Chief Minister Champai Soren delivered a robust critique of the BJP’s policies and predicted a comprehensive victory for his alliance in the upcoming elections.
Soren’s address at a public meeting highlighted the BJP’s inability to fulfill its ambitious electoral promises, referencing their underperformance in both previous state and anticipated national elections.
He accused the BJP of neglecting development in rural areas, particularly in villages targeted by the Adarsh Gram Yojana, and of exacerbating inflation after opposing it prior to their governance tenure.
Further escalating his critique, Soren labeled the BJP’s governance as authoritarian, with policies aimed at dismantling the reservation system, which he insisted must be resisted.
The event, held in the vicinity of Chatra College, also included the presence of various state leaders and ministers who rallied to support Tripathi’s candidacy.
K.N. Tripathi officially entered the race for the Lok Sabha seat by submitting his documents to District Election Officer Ramesh Gholap, accompanied by notable political figures from the state.
