JAWS Mobilizes in Kadma and Sonari to Hydrate Stray Animals Amidst Heatwave

Jharkhand Animal Welfare Society Initiates Water Distribution for Animals During Summer

In an inspiring act of kindness, the Jharkhand Animal Welfare Society (JAWS) has set up hydration stations for stray animals and birds in Kadma and Sonari as temperatures continue to rise. This initiative highlights a significant community-driven effort to protect local wildlife from the harsh summer heat.

JAMSHEDPUR – Amidst rising temperatures, the Jharkhand Animal Welfare Society (JAWS) has deployed hydration stations across Kadma and Sonari, providing crucial water sources for stray animals and birds.

Founded as the city’s pioneer in animal welfare, JAWS has consistently advocated for the well-being of animals. Recognizing the urgent need due to escalating heat and diminishing natural water sources, the organization has received considerable acclaim for its recent hydration efforts.

Members like Rajeev, Vivek, and Chandu, along with other dedicated volunteers, have been instrumental in arranging and maintaining water-filled earthen pots in various strategic locations, ensuring all animals can stay hydrated.

"A prolonged spell of high temperatures is exceptionally tough on our animal companions who don’t readily find clean water," commented a spokesperson for JAWS.

The society is encouraging residents to actively participate by refilling these earthen vessels, ensuring that water remains available at all times. This initiative underscores the importance of community involvement in animal welfare.

The local populace has shown overwhelming support for this cause, recognizing JAWS’s relentless efforts to safeguard animal rights and dignity. As the temperature peaks, the organization remains committed to its mission, continuously demonstrating immense compassion and care.
