Jamshedpur Experiences Another Day of Mixed Weather Amid Heatwave Alerts

Cloudy skies persist in Kolhan, mixed with sunny spells, as temperatures soar

On Tuesday, the weather in Jharkhand’s Kolhan region, including Jamshedpur, mirrored the conditions of the previous day, characterized by a combination of cloud cover and intermittent sunshine. In Jamshedpur, the day’s maximum temperature reached a scorching 40.8 degrees Celsius, with neighboring districts experiencing even higher peaks.

JAMSHEDPUR – The weather pattern in the region has shown a mix of cloudiness interspersed with sunny intervals, leading to high temperatures across various districts.

Godda district recorded the highest temperature on Tuesday, reaching up to 42.9 degrees Celsius.

Baharagora and Seraikela weren’t far behind, with temperatures peaking at 41.7 and 41.8 degrees Celsius respectively.

West Singhbhum experienced relatively cooler weather at 39.3 degrees Celsius.

Looking ahead, a yellow alert for a heatwave has been issued for Wednesday in the districts of East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, and Seraikela-Kharsawan.
